Welcome to INTENSITY BASKETBALL!

Intensity BasketballTM Clinics was created attempting to bridge the gap between club and recreation athletes. This is our 7th year serving the local areas as we field clinics for boys and girls in grades 2-8.  Intensity BasketballTM provides non-club athletes the opportunity to improve their basketball skills through the highly successful fundamental training of SGV.  Intensity BasketballTM is regarded as one of the top fundamental clinics in California.  We have quarterly memberships, but our workouts are year-round so we can monitor your child and reinforce our fundamentals and shooting techniques.  We guarantee your child will become a fundamentally sound athlete.  Intensity BasketballTM was designed for the recreation athlete.  We have now created a new class called “Young Guns”.  This clinic is geared towards the novice athlete, normally in Grades K through 2nd.

Fundamentals are extremely important for ALL athletes.  This stepping-stone is necessary for all basketball athletes to reach the next level, High School Basketball.  Our goal is to provide the necessary fundamentals to compete in High School.  We have three levels of clinics: Beginners, Intermediate, and Advanced.  All new athletes MUST attend the beginner’s session so they learn the basic fundamentals.  They will be moved up depending on how quickly they learn.  With every level, the skills are more complicated and aggressive.  As the athletes reach the advanced level, they will learn many individual skills necessary to take them to the next level.  This is a no-frills clinic and the workouts are aggressive and educational.  Your child will improve with every session.  We have over 90% of the athletes returning every quarter for continuous fundamental training.
